Today my amazing friend Madelyn and I went to see the movie Hairspray. It. Was. Amazing. Go see it. Now.
Anyways, when we got home, we ate lunch and watched 2 Robin of Sherwood episodes. Madelyn agreed that Robin’s hair is really dumb. Then Mom and I showed Mads the way of the Pie-Making People. Oh yes. Mom’s advice was,
“Don’t try to make your crust and your filling at the same time, because you’ll forget what you’re doing and accidently put salt in the filling, have to rinse the blueberries off, then be in a bad mood and have to go lie down.”
Thanks, Mom. We’ll remember that.
By the way, Madelyn doesn’t even like blueberry pie. Mom kicked her out of the Order of the Pie-Making People, but then she re-inducted her as Madelyn slept because Mom got to eat the extra piece for breakfast.
